Foreign PropertyShop.Com Ltd has the simple goal of making purchasing abroad an easy and positive experience. With our high street presence and friendly staff, we are not ‘fly by nights’ but aim to build client confidence through quality service.

We source interesting and quality property in a range if countries include Bulgaria, Spain and latest investment hotspots such as Ukraine. Our properties cover a wide range; from plots to luxury villas with something to suit everyone and every price range.

Advice on after sales care such as rentals, legal advice and finance are also available through our shops. 

Whether you are looking for a permanent residence abroad, investment or just a holiday home, feel free to drop into our shops for a chat. Property

All our property has been checked and physically visited before being offered in our shops so you can be assured that due diligence has been done. With off-plan property offers, we work only with experienced developers with a good track record.

Existing/resale property have had their ownership documents checked before being advertised with us. Whilst we are not lawyers, we do ensure that we cover all bases before offering any property to our clients.

Whilst we always strive for as accurate as possible information and adherence to high standards by our product providers, we can not be held responsible for the actions of third parties, such as developers and holiday rental property providers. We always advise clients to visit property before buying.

Rental refund Policy

  A deposit of 200 GBP per rental week is required to secure a booking. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks before departure. This deposit will not usually be refunded if rental reservation is cancelled.

  After payment of rental balance, refunds will be as follows:

• Over 6 months before departure: full refund
• Between 6 and 3 months before departure: 50% refund
• Between 3 and 1 month before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 1 month before departure: No refund
