The first phase of the project consists of the sales of land plots for the construction of individual family homes. Huge 1,100 square metre beachfront plots are available from only GBP 49,000 and smaller second-eighth line plots of 450 square metres are available from GBP 11,700. 

A number of model homes will be offered to buyers, however buyers will also have the option of contracting an architect to design their dream holiday home for them.  construction costs in this area of Brazil are much cheaper than in Europe, and a good quality property can be constructed for around EUR 600 per square metre.

Further phases of the project are planned to increase the size of the resort and include facilities such as golf.

After purchasing a plot, villas can be constructed for around 600 Euros per m2. The developers offer a range of styles and final will depend on your plot, level of finishing etc.

Build time can take up to 18 months for a villa. Please note that on frontline plots only single story villas can be constructed.

Location and Local Attractions

Brazil is the fifth largest country in the world and one of the fastest growing economies too. Rich in natural resources and with a discovery of a massive oil deposit, Brazil's economy is only set to improve. Property prices in the country are therefore not only reliant on tourism but the general wealth of the country is also quickly improving.

This site is located between the small town of Paracuru and the fishing village of Taiba, along the Northern coast of the state of Ceara and is approximately 65km from the city of Fortaleza, with its shopping malls, restaurants and international airport.  Piriquara beach falls within the municipality of Paracuru and in the surrounding area, there are still many active local fishermen.  The area is popular with sea turtles, who at certain times of the year come ashore to lay their eggs on the beaches.

City

Fortaleza has about 3 million inhabitants and a great location on a promontory, 65 kilometres from the land. The city stretches along two attractive beaches, Beira Mar to the North and Praia de Futuro to the East.

Town

Paracuru has about 20,000 inhabitants and is west of Piriquara. The town is situated on the coast but goes a lot further inland than Taiba.

The town has a clearly defined town centre, with a church in the middle and shops, cafes around a meeting place. The towns main roads are wide, each direction has two lanes and the central reservation has been planted.

Village

Taiba is 6 kilometres from our site and is an old riral fishing village with fishing as its traditional source of income.
