Those that would just rather stay at home can enjoy all of the facilities on the communal rooftop terrace, which features a heated plunge pool, pergolas and a dedicated barbecue area - all set amidst landscaped Japanese-style gardens.

But we haven't mentioned the best thing about Seaview Gardens yet - and that's the prices. Unbelievably, there are some studios available for just GBP10,640, with one-bedroom units from GBP18,240. Seaview units with balconies also start from under GBP18,000.

Location and Local Attractions
Seaview Gardens occupies an excellent, central location in Hurghada's Arabia district, containing many of the most popular hotels in Hurghada, such as the Palma de Mirette, Arabia and El Palacio resorts. The area benefits from being quieter than the main tourist centres while providing excellent sea views.

The biggest public beach in Hurghada is less than five minutes walk from here (600m).

All of the entertainment facilities of downtown Hurghada are under five minutes away by taxi, including the trendy new Hurghada Marina, which features a host of luxury shops and restaurants.

Hurghada International Airport is also only a ten minute taxi ride away.
